Anything to do with your UK trip. Which town makes the better base for the Cotswolds? Is Whitby worth the journey from York or would you use that time differently? How many nights in Edinburgh is actually enough? Is that day trip to Bath and Stonehenge too much to pack into one day? What’s the one change that would make your Scotland itinerary work better? If it’s sitting unresolved in your planning, bring it to the call.
Is this the right session if I’m still building my itinerary?
No, and that’s worth being clear about. This session is for travellers who already have a plan taking shape and have specific questions they want answered. It isn’t itinerary design, and it isn’t a full trip review. If you want help building or fine-tuning an itinerary, our UK Itinerary Planning Consultation is the right service for that.
Will both Tracy and Doug be on the call?
Yes. Tracy and Doug join every session together, which means you get both perspectives at once. Between them they cover the full breadth of UK travel, from city breaks and coastal villages to Scotland, Wales, and everything in between.
Does this cover all parts of the UK?
Yes. England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland are all in scope. The one exception is dedicated UK train travel questions, which have their own focused session: the 30-Minute Q&A with Doug.
What if I need more than 30 minutes?
Most people find 30 minutes covers a lot more than they expect, particularly if you come in knowing what you want to work through. If during the call you realise you’d benefit from a longer, more structured session, we can talk through the UK Itinerary Planning Consultation as a next step.
What if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule through the link in your booking confirmation. We just ask for reasonable notice so the slot can be offered to someone else.
What is the refund policy?
Because this is a live, time-reserved session, we don’t offer refunds once the call is booked. If something comes up and you can’t make your slot, please reschedule rather than miss it.
